Return Policy & Refunds

Ascos Return Policy & Refunds:

Our return policy allows you to return unused products within 14 days of receiving them. Please note, that to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with the receipt attached. Ascos Design will cover the refund of the item, excluding for the shipping value. The shipping price will be established by Ascos Design according to our couriers’ fares. Return shipping costs are not covered by Ascos Design.

Please note that only regular priced items and not sale items may be returned.

Subject: Return Ascos Case Name & Edition + Name

We will reply to you concerning all the details of the return process. Once we have your scarf, it will take 48 hours for us to process the refund and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please see below (damaged items).

Damaged items

When you purchase a product from our Ascos Design gallery we unconditionally guarantee that it will be free of any defects of workmanship. If one of our products is not in perfect condition and this is not due to the client’s mishandling, we will gladly exchange your scarf with the same item at no additional cost. If that’s your case:

Explain what is wrong and attach a photo clearly indicating the fault.
